The black curve shows the measured UV index values while the red curve shows typical
clear sky values based on normal values for total ozone over Oslo in the period
1979-1990. The clear sky values are adjusted for yearly variations between model
data and actual clear sky measurements. The source of total ozone is the Department
of Physics at the University of Oslo. |
